Grades 6, 7 and 8, considered bridging grades, are very special at IUDSchool. With small class sizes, each student is accorded individual attention to better understand and articulate their uniqueness.
Using a wide range of resources, learning targets are never missed. Learning sessions are interactive and highly engaging.
To effectively address the challenges associated with their age bracket, fun and innovative ways of learning are integrated in their program.
Need based language assistance is maintained for non-anglophone students to enhance their native command of English.

Students comfortably pursue their core academic courses with ease, exploring core contents in a naturally engaged manner.
Instead of a single classroom approach, students pursue their academic subjects in different classes. In addition to this, incorporating a range of in-campus and outdoor activities generates great learning opportunities for their inquisitive age.
Just as their inquisitive age bracket demands, we meet their curiosity by, actively, engaging them in both laboratory and field experiments.

The middle school team is well equipped to ensure a safe and supportive environment needed to address the physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs of these students who are at their transitional stage. From this early adolescence, they are encouraged to take greater responsibilities for their own intellectual growth.
The middle school curriculum, adapted from AERO Common Core Plus reflects a holistic view of education and emphasizes mastery of life-long learning skills. From core academics, with complete integration of information technology skills and specials, to educational trips, the inspiration remains high throughout these three bridging and exciting years.
Graduating from IUDS middle school, students become independent and better equipped to perform the abstract thinking and critical analysis that they require for a high school program.
